Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) carefully and keep a copy for your records. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and are to be read and construed in conjunction with the Share App Terms which are available on https://sharerewards.com. Terms not defined here shall have the same meaning assigned to them under the Share App Terms. The Share App Terms shall govern any other aspect not expressly mentioned herein.
These Terms and Conditions are issued by Majid Al Futtaim Rewards LLC (“us / we”) who shall have the right at its sole discretion to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By using SHAREPay you / the Member agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and us and apply to you and anyone else you allow to use the Devices. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of payment cards with the Wallet or Tabby account to the extent such usage is applicable to SHAREPay.
You must read these Terms and Conditions carefully before adding or using any payment card or Tabby account to SHAREPay as by doing so, you agree to be bound by it. To the extent applicable these Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the respective applicable Wallet terms and conditions which might be available on the respective Wallet’s website or mobile application.
You must also agree to the payment card issuer’s terms and conditions to add your SHAREPay Card to third party Wallets.
By using SHAREPay, you confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
SHAREPay: means the SHARE mobile wallet inside the SHARE App governed by these Terms and Conditions.
SHAREPay Card: means a digital card issued on SHAREPay to enable payments via SHAREPay.
Device: includes but is not limited to a smartphone, tablet or smart watch or any other device which is compatible for use of the Wallet solution which we determine at our discretion is eligible for the registration of SHAREPay Cards to be used in the Wallet.
Passcode means: the secret code that is required to unlock a Device, including a password, passcode, pattern, or biometric identifier (where applicable).
PIN means: the personal identification number selected on your sole risk to use the SHAREPay and/or a mobile Wallet.
Tabby account: the Tabby account provided to you by Tabby FZ-LLC.
Wallet means: the mobile payment and digital wallet service created by third-party wallet service providers that enables the users to make payments using certain Devices and cards registered on such Devices.
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement and will apply between you and us in relation to the SHAREPay.
SHAREPay Card Information
SHAREPay Card’s information can only be seen by you on SHAREPay. No physical card will exist. The SHAREPay Card should be treated just like cash as it acts as an electronic alternative to cash that can be used to pay for goods and services in stores. It is your responsibility to save and guard your SHAREPay details.
The SHAREPay Card can only be used in a closed loop network as per the SHARE Program such as in shops in the Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) shopping malls and associated partners as part or full payment for goods.
You need to link and verify a payment card or Tabby account to your SHAREPay before you can use your SHAREPay Card. The payment card can be any debit card, credit card or prepaid card that we allow you to link to your SHAREPay (“linked card” or “payment card”). We may need to introduce certain restrictions on the cards that we are able to accept on to the SHAREPay Card and will try to keep you informed on any changes, some of which may depend on the card schemes.
Once you have completed linking and verification of the SHAREPay Card you will need to add it Digital wallets like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay to use SHAREPay for making payments
When you make a transaction using your SHAREPay, SHARE APP loads funds from your selected payment card or your Tabby account to SHAREPay Card, this is done for you automatically by the SHAREPay processing system. The amount loaded will be the value of the transaction, plus any fees for that transaction (if any)
The debited funds are loaded on SHAREPay Card and is then used to pay for the transaction made with your SHAREPay. If your selected payment card account or your Tabby account has insufficient funds or declines the transaction for any other reason, the transaction will be declined.
You can add multiple payment cards to the SHARE wallet and change the selected payment card at any time using SHAREPay.
Using the SHAREPay Card
Only the user / Member whose Share Membership number linked to SHAREPay may use the SHAREPay for transactions.
SHAREPay transactions can be performed using your SHAREPay Card (with a linked credit /debit card as your payment card or Tabby account or Share rewards points balance or mixed of debit from your linked credit/debit card and Share rewards points balance) to pay merchants who accept payments by credit/debit card.
Please remember that your underlying payment card issuer or Tabby account may also apply fees in relation to debit fronted credit transactions using SHAREPay. We will not be liable for such fees. These fees are strictly non-refundable in nature. You may also have to pay other costs, taxes or charges which are outside our control and not charged by us.
At the time of each transaction on SHAREPay, there must be enough value on the linked card or Share rewards points balance or Tabby account based on selected option to pay for the transaction. Transactions that exceed the balances are prohibited and will be declined at the point of sale. However, if accepted by a merchant, the amount that exceeds a balance may be paid using a different payment method provided that SHAREPay is charged only by an amount equivalent to the amount loaded onto SHAREPay. We cannot guarantee the acceptance of a different payment method by a merchant under any circumstances.
You agree that we can reduce the value from you linked card or Share rewards points balances or Tabby account by the value of all purchases of goods and services that are authorized by you. Transactions are authorized by you when you:
Each time you link a payment card or Tabby account to your SHAREPay you’re giving us a continuous authority to use that payment card or Tabby account to fund the SHAREPay and complete payment transactions through SHAREPay. We will identify that the payment card or Tabby account you have added to your account is yours and that you have the right to use it.
You can see your transactions on the respective digital wallets i.e. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay used by you for making the transaction.
The SHAREPay Card is not a debit, credit, or charge card. It cannot be used to obtain cash via any ATM machine or over any counter. There is no credit line associated with the SHAREPay Card. The SHAREPay Card cannot be topped up or reloaded.
At respective points of sale, the SHAREPay Card can only be used as part or full payment for goods via a Digital wallet like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay. You are required to keep the SHAREPay and its details safe and secure for the user’s own personal use. Any misuse by a third party will be at your risk.
The currency of the SHAREPay Card is United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Transactions in currencies other than UAE Dirhams will be converted to UAE Dirhams
It is expected that the SHAREPay Card may be used in Majid Al Futtaim shopping malls and SHARE associated partners points of sale; but we will not be liable if you cannot use the SHAREPay Card with any retailer and we will not be liable in any way for goods and/or services purchased from any retailer using the SHAREPay Card. Additionally, we cannot guarantee that the retailers who have agreed to accept the SHAREPay Card will continue to accept the SHAREPay Card.
The SHAREPay Card will be valid for 60 months or as determined by Us at our discretion. After the Expiration Date, the SHAREPay Card may not be used.
You can use your SHAREPay to set up a future payment on a selected payment card. We’ll make the payment from the payment card you’ve selected in the SHAREPay at the time we process the transaction, which may be a different payment card to the one you had selected at the time you set up the future payment. If you need to cancel such payments, get in touch with us.
Daily Limits
To minimize fraud risk on high value transactions and comply with related regulations, the Maximum spend per transaction using SHAREPay is limited at AED 3,67,350 or equivalent in other currencies using the official UAE Central Bank exchange rate. This limit is not linked to your payment credit / debit card or Tabby account limit but rather a SHAREPay transaction limit. Your SHAREPay transaction will be declined if the value is above the set limit. We reserve the right to amend the SHAREPay transaction limit at any time at our discretion without any obligation to notify you.
Instant earn through SHAREPay is not possible on transactions above the set limit as the transaction would be declined. The Member must use other means to pay for the transaction and to earn Points they need to either scan their receipt or scan their Share ID as the case maybe in accordance with Share App Terms.
There is a maximum limit of 50 transactions per day for each SHAREPay Card.
Refunds
When a merchant processes a refund/return on the SHAREPay with traceable reference to the original transaction, it would be reversed/refunded back to funding source i.e. linked card or SHARE points or Tabby account. Three possible scenarios are:
Actions and Changes by Us
We may from time to time change these Terms and Conditions. We may from time to time take such actions and/or make such changes as we reasonably consider to be necessary for any of the purposes of protecting electronic funds from misuse, fraud prevention, overcoming operational difficulties, complying with applicable law or regulation, or making the working of the SHAREPay more efficient. These may include (but are not restricted to): Making changes to these Terms; Cancelling the SHAREPay Card; Declining to authorize transactions; Suspending or restricting all or part of the operation of the SHAREPay Card.
If we do any of the above, we will endeavor to give you as much notice and in such manner as is reasonably practicable (unless circumstances imply otherwise).
Loss, Theft, Damage, Misuse of SHAREPay or Device
In case of breach of confidentiality of the Device or Passcode, you shall be fully and solely responsible for and bear all charges, costs, losses and damages whatsoever and howsoever arising from such breach. In the event that You disclose the Passcode intentionally or unintentionally, you shall indemnify us against any unauthorized payment, charges, costs or losses and any transaction effected due to such breach. You shall immediately notify us if the Passcode is breached or disclosed to another person or entity. You should request us to block the usage of SHAREPay Card due to such disclosure or breach and you shall indemnify us for any loss, damage, charge, or expense caused to us due to such breach.
Ownership/ Return/Cancellation/ Deactivation of your SHAREPay
Using Information About You
You irrevocably authorize and permit us to disclose and furnish to SHAREPay authorized representatives, our parent companies, subsidiaries, associates, branches, assignees, agents or other related parties (including the third party advisers and marketing partners) or any other part at the our discretion such information as we deems fit concerning you, including but not limited to the SHAREPay Card information governed by these Terms and Conditions.

+971 4 293 5814 with your name and SHARE Member ID, we shall be at liberty to share the necessary information relating to you with selected brand partners with whom we have entered agreements, for the purpose of cross selling and marketing of goods and services to you, or information available to third parties, or is lawfully in our possession, or is sought by a court of competent authority, governmental body or regulatory authority (including the Central Bank of the UAE or any other country -if applicable-).
Telephone calls
Calls to and from us may be monitored and/or recorded. We reserve the right to change our contact details including the telephone number and email IDs published here and we shall endeavor to update it here as soon as practicable.
Liability and Error Resolution Procedures
You agree that we have no obligation to monitor, review or evaluate the legality of your transactions. We are not liable for any prohibited use or misuse of SHAREPay whatsoever. Furthermore, you acknowledge that SHAREPay may not be used to purchase goods or services that are illegal, or a retailer is not permitted to supply to you and that it is your responsibility to determine the legality of each transaction.
We are not liable for any failed transaction of whatsoever nature or if you do not have sufficient funds on your linked card or Share rewards points balance or Tabby account to carry out a transaction, the terminal or system is not working properly, or circumstances beyond our control prevent the transaction, or the merchant declines a transaction or authorizes an amount greater than the purchase amount. You hereby agree to this limitation of liability without any demur.
If there is a discrepancy, complaint or dispute relating to the goods or services purchased with SHAREPay, you must address it and settle it directly with the merchant in question. Refunds and returns are subject to the merchant’s policies or applicable law. In case of other errors on your SHAREPay, contact us immediately on +971 4 293 5814.
